Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps and his wife Nicole got hitched … again. Third time’s a charm! Nicole & Michael Phelps had their third wedding on New Year’s Eve in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Michael looked very dapper in his black tux with a white shirt and blue bowtie, while Nicole gave us some serious old hollywood glam in a bedazzled white gown with a beaded overlay by Julie Vino.
