Style to the Aisle…a Bride’s RUNWAY 2014 is the MD/DC area’s first fashion-forward bridal event providing our area with the excitement of New York’s Bridal Fashion Week. A percentage of the ticket proceeds from the event will benefit the Avergan Foundation, a local nonprofit organization created to promote awareness and acceptance of Autism Spectrum Disorders and provide hope to affected families.
We have some fashionable rules to prepare for this year’s event:
Rule #1: Get there early; the goodies will operate on a first come first serve basis-to make sure you experience it all at its prime (and abundance) arriving early will make sure you don’t miss out on all the fun.
Rule #2: Dress up with your girlfriends & make it a girls afternoon out! Turn an ordinary Sunday into an excuse to put on your glamourous attire while exploring with your favorite ladies by your side. You’ll need someone to gush about the signature cocktails & “ohhh” & “ahhh” at the gorgeous gowns strutting down the runway!
Rule #3: Leave the wedding binders at home!
Rule #4: Snack beforehand – no big meals! We will have some of the most tasty hors d’ouevres & cocktails.
Rule #5: Come and indulge in a day of pampering, food and fun!
